- Try to avoid large children and small children from using the inflatable at the same time
- No food or drinks to be consumed on the inflatable (to avoid choking and mess/staining)
- All shoes, badges, jewellery (I.e. large earrings, necklaces etc) must be removed. It is recommended that spectacles are also removed.
- No face paints, party poppers, colour streamers or “silly string” must be used near the inflatable. Please do not attempt to clean the inflatable as more damage could be made.
- No smoking, fires or barbeques to be used near the inflatable. Please keep all pets away from the inflatable.
- Climbing, hanging or sitting on the walls of the inflatable is dangerous and must not be allowed.
- Ensure that no one with a history of back or neck problems are allowed on the inflatable.
- Do not allow anyone to bounce on the step/front apron. The step is there to help users get on and off the inflatable.
- Do not allow users to be on the unit during inflation or deflation.
- In the event of heavy rain it is strongly recommended that the inflatable be switched off. In the event of hiring equipment the night before your event, should it rain we advise you inflate the unit four hours before your event. It is common to see ‘bubbling’ on the inflatable when wet. This will subside within a couple of hours of the inflatable being switched on. You can damp down with old towels ONLY to dry quicker. DO NOT use mops and brooms as this will mark the inflatable.
- In the event of overheating or loss of power, switch the power off at the mains and then back on again two minutes later, the inflatable should restart. If it does not, inform us immediately. 07947 306 852
- Ensure that the vent on the side of the blower is kept clear at all times.
- The hirer is responsible for safe keeping of the inflatable and all equipment that goes with it. You will be charged for any damage caused to it or for any items missing upon its return. Equipment returned in a dirty condition will be subject to a cleaning charge of £40.00.
- By signing a copy of the terms and conditions the hirer should be deemed to have inspected the equipment and to have agreed that it is supplied in a good condition unless the hirer brings a matter to the attention of Abacus Bouncy Castles when the equipment is set up.
